- CNIC or bay form of Student (Original and 2x Photocopies).
- Birth Certificate of Student (Original and 2x Photocopies).
- CNIC of Father or Guardian (Original and 2x Photocopies).
- Past Qualification Certificates (Original and 2x Photocopies).
- Passport size Pictures x3.

- Registration Fee 500 Rs
- Admission Fee 5000 Rs
- Tuition Fee 3000 Rs
